Our air conditioner had stopped working in the height of the summer heat. From beginning to end, we had a wonderful experience!! The company did a great job in communicating with us. They let us know everything that was going on step by step. The company had to order a part, they had advised us that it if it came on Friday, they would make sure it got installed that day. If it came in on Saturday, early enough, they would get it installed on Saturday. Moe called us on Friday, to let us know that the part had not been received yet. When we didn't hear anything on Saturday, because it was a holiday weekend, we assumed that we would not hear anything until Tuesday at the earliest. I was so pleasantly surprised to get a call from their technician Moe, who came to our house on a Sunday at about 8:45 in the morning to fix our air conditioner. We have been without air for 12 days. Their name says it all, they are the only way to go when you need your air conditioner fixed. Their technician, Omar, came to my home and was very professional, patient, informative and knew what he was doing. He located the issue with my a/c and repaired it very quickly and th cost was reasonable. I have called several times left messages along with no return calls. My ceiling is leaking from a job they did and now they are trying to avoid coming out and fixing their mistake. I had another company come out that my warranty company connected me with and told me that the install they did they could loose there license for.
