They came out and repaired HVAC unit. technician was able to accomodate the very next day shcedule so really appreciate that. They are very responsive with great customer service. 4/5 stars partly because it took them 5 service calls-2/5 times i had to pay service fee. WOrk was done through warrenty so i guess its not their fault as theyare only authorized to "duct-tape" the issue and no do holistic fix-so partly that was frustrating with me having to call them over and over and having things approved from warrenty. overall recommed company. great customer service. 4/5 only because of me having to go back and forth for the repair update 4/14/2025: had to reach out to them about past repair receipts. Rep was very helpful and great customer service. changing rating to 5/5 update 7/28: based on my previous experience, had them install a brand new AC unit paid for labor. The owner ledarious agreed to provide a 3 month warrenty. Couple weeks from install found out they did the plumbing wrong and wter was leaking through wrong pipe which they fixed. Then again after couple weeks ac went out which i caontacted them about and they didnt respond, so had another technician repair it with 300+ charge. i contacted owner and he agreed to have his technician come and inspect everything. Till date he hasnt replied or answered by phone calls. I am filing a dispute of the labor with CC update 8/1: I talked to the owner Ledarius. He had agreed to send a technician to do through inspection and he did not!! you guys didnt live up to the agreement. Had them scheduled for an AC issue 4 days out. On the day of, no one answered a call, responded to text message or showed up for service. My home warranty company was also not able to get a response. Temperatures reached 100 degrees. Use someone else. Our home warranty uses them, we were stuck waiting without AC and no show. This is the second time they’ve completely failed to deliver service. I strongly recommend not using this company. Recently, I had a home warranty claim assigned to a different HVAC company who misdiagnosed and didn’t even check basic things for a problem. When I called Only Way for a second opinion, they showed up within two hours, led with honesty, and looked out for me instead of just their bottom line.
